Trend Technologies – Mullingar Co. Westmeath
The project was the design and construction of an additional Cleanroom installation for Trend Technologies centre of excellence for injection moulding.
TII – Transport Infrastructure Ireland
The project involved the refurbishment of Circa 5000 m2 of commercial office space over 3 office Blocks, over 3 construction phases.
Dublin Port T4 South
T4 South is a new redeveloped RoRo freight terminal within Dublin Port.
Riverstick Nursing Home, Cork
93 bed unit complete with associated facilities including dining rooms, lounges, activity rooms, nurse stations, Commercial kitchen, laundry room, stores, sluice rooms, reception, office areas and staff changing facilities.
UCD NCIG (National Centre for Isotope Geochemistry)
The UCD NCIG project involved the relocation of the School of Earth Sciences from their existing facility within the UCD Science West building to the existing UCD Science South building, Ground floor.
Cappaghfinn Residential Development
Residential Development of 69 no. dwellings & associated site works at Cappaghfinn, Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. Development comprises of a mixture of 69 No. Dwellings with a mixture 1,2,3 & 4 bed units.
Bluebell Residential Development
Bluebell is a state-of-the-art Residential Development on the Grand Canal in Dublin 12. 52 No. Apartments with a mixture 1,2&3 bed units over two substantial buildings.
Duleek Nursing Home, Co. Meath
120 bed unit complete with associated facilities including dining rooms, lounges, activity rooms, nurse stations, Commercial kitchen, laundry room, stores, sluice rooms, reception, office areas and staff changing facilities.
Dublin Port – Red Brick Building
Located at the junction of East Wall and Alexandra Road and adjacent to the Dublin Port Company Headquarters, the Red Brick Building, formerly an electricity transformer substation, is one of the earliest industrial heritage buildings dating from c. 1910.
Premier Inn Hotel – Gloucester Street
This project consisted of a 10-storey, 113-bedroom hotel as well as a public bar, restaurant, full commercial kitchen, and reception area with a GFA of 4651m2.

Retail Store Fit-out of 42,000 Sq. Ft. Complete with furniture, bedding, appliances, and technology departments.
Harvey Norman Galway
Retail Store Fit-out of 60,000 Sq. Ft. over two floors complete with furniture, bedding, appliances, and technology departments. First floor is also complete with a commercial restaurant.
NCR Student Accommodation
The development of a 402 bed student accommodation which comprises of nine blocks ranging from one to seven storeys.
UCD Science South Phase 2 – Refurbishment/ New Build
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing science A3 building and a new 4 storey extension.
UCD O’Brien Institute for Science
Project consisted of Wet Biology & Support Labs, Physics & Teaching labs, Auditorium, Restaurant and commercial Kitchen, Atrium, Toilets, Office & Meeting rooms
UCD System Biology Ireland
The building has a total area of 1300m2 and was officially opened in December 2013. The building combine’s the expertise of systems engineering, mathematical and computational approaches with state of the art technology platforms.
UCD Science Centre Fit-out
The science Centre Fit-out project represents the final phase of the new UCD science centre. The fit-out over three levels (ground, third and Fourth floors) has a total area of 5600m2 of mixed use research facility.
UCD Science Lecture (HUB) – Refurbishment
The building has a total area of 8000m2 and accommodates lecture capacity for approx. 2000 students. A key challenge of the project was the requirement to complete the refurbishment whilst the building remained in use during the academic calendar.
