Bluebell is a state-of-the-art Residential Development on the Grand Canal in Dublin 12. 52 No. Apartments with a mixture 1,2&3 bed units over two substantial buildings. One 9-storey block comprising of 36 apartments, second is a 4-storey block of 16 apartments. Carparking provided at ground level underneath the building.

Energy Efficiency:

• Combi A rated Boiler for central heating and hot water within each apartment
• Thermostatically controlled radiators
• MVHR system- Heat Recovery and Ventilation System within all apartments
• LED lighting throughout,
• Solar PV installation for each apartment
• BER ratings   A2/A3
